First online dialogue

We look forward to the pleasure of having you at a fireside chat for a series of unique virtual sessions – the “Directors Discourse on Development, Direction and Decision Drives:” to update  on the many roles, responsibilities, obligations and to enhance the success of the members of the board of directors.

The Directors’ Dialogue for development and direction is a online chain on Good Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) and IT Security security fireside chats, that provides a chain of online events to participants with a wide range of GRC and IT security issues on accountability, proportionality and transparency line of order with several Board issues from some of our most experienced and eminent global Board Leaders.

The GRC and IT security-focused online courses will appeal to board members and potential board members who aspire and get inspiration from the current GRC and IT security idiosyncrasies.

Since 2005 Copenhagen Compliance® has delivered global seminars, conferences, workshops, and consultancy assignments all over the world. We were amongst the first to combine the united efforts of GRC to ensure accountability, avoid duplication of efforts and raise corporate performance. Later we founded EuroSox® framework for internal controls and since 2016 focused on Data Privacy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity issues. Each time we were able to provide global thought leadership capacity within the fields.

The first session will be held on the 16th of November 2020 at 14:30 CET. The theme is focusing on:

Reporting on GDPR Compliance to the Board of Directors

The moderator of this series is Lady Olga Maitland, Chairman of Copenhagen Compliance UK Ltd.
